These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Vegas168 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the Vegas168 online casino and sports betting platform, available at https://vegas168.cam (the "Platform").

Vegas168 operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform under international licensing. By accessing this Platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Vegas168 Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and who meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, manage funds, and receive promotions.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus credits or pending transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before processing withdrawals or when triggered by compliance review.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must accumulate using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activities" means the activities set out in Section 9 of these Terms, which are forbidden on the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which Player Accounts on Vegas168 are denominated.

To register and maintain an active Account on Vegas168, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Vegas168 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to our compliance team.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Platform or any affiliated gaming network.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Vegas168 or any of its affiliated entities, software suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, and you must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

Registration on Vegas168 is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account at any time. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all Accounts being permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. Vegas168 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat at support@vegas168.cam.

Vegas168 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

Vegas168 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Typical minimum:RM30 for e-wallets; RM50 for bank transfers.
• Vegas168 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited after one network confirmation, typically 15–30 minutes.
• Vegas168 is not liable for any delay in the crediting of funds caused by the Player's bank, payment provider, or network congestion beyond our reasonable control.
• All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• KYC Verification: Identity verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal will be processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID (MyKad, passport, or Malaysian driving licence), proof of address dated within three months, and a selfie holding the ID document.
• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable wagering requirement in full before the associated winings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the Withdraw section of your Account dashboard.
• Payout Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Processing Time: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes, subject to network conditions.

Vegas168 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary witholding of the withdrawal amount.

Vegas168 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Players must read and understand the full terms of any promotion before claiming it. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately to real-money funds and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific multiplier applies to vary per promotion and will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Vegas168 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already accepted and in active wagering will be honoured according to the terms at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to staking patterns designed to exploit promotional terms — may result in cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP programme benefits are subject to their own additional terms, available on request.

All games offered on Vegas168 — including live dealer games, slot machines, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing any wager.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are not influenced by the Platform, by any employee, or by any external party.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual game outcomes or specific returns for any single session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game session, Vegas168 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and refund the relevant stake to the Player's Account. No claim will be accepted for winings arising from a malfunctioned game round.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, walkovers, and event postponements. These rules are available in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
• Mix Parlay bets, popular among Malaysian football bettors, are settled according to the combination rules stated at the time the bet is placed. If any selection within a parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vegas168 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, depositing via stolen payment methods, or submitting fraudulent payment documentation.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform in any manner associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms through staking patterns, account manipulation, or coordinated claims across related accounts.
• Underage access: Registering or playing as, or facilitating access for, any person under 21 years of age.
• Interference with Platform integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

Vegas168 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligation to minimise such harm seriously.

All Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a specified period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the Vegas168 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Vegas168 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any automated tool extract, scrape, or index Platform data.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Vegas168 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vegas168 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of winings, profits, data, or goodwill, whether foreseeable or not.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Vegas168's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Vegas168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules applicable to the Platform.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

Vegas168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to active Players via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vegas168 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players retain the right to raise complaints directly with the Platform in the first instance. Vegas168 operates an internal complaints procedure and aims to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
